Hello, and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey into the world of energy healing began in 2013 after experiencing my first session with a Healing Touch Practitioner. That moment opened a doorway in my heart. I felt deeply called to learn more, to explore this powerful and subtle realm of healing. Not long after, I found a Reiki Master in my community and began walking the Reiki path.

Over the years, I completed Usui Reiki Ryoho Levels I, II, and III, and earned my Master’s Certification. As my work deepened, I expanded my practice to include Usui Holy Fire® III, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®, and ICRT Animal Reiki. Each modality has added depth, intuition, and wisdom to my work — especially when it comes to connecting with animals.

I work with all species, both in-person and remotely through live Zoom or distance sessions. My approach integrates Reiki energy healing, intuitive communication, and gentle touch techniques to create a nurturing space for each animal to feel seen, safe, and supported.

Animals have always been sacred teachers to me. They embody unconditional love in its purest form, and my mission is to offer healing in return — helping them feel balanced, at ease, and empowered to fully be their unique, beautiful selves.

You can find me in Elk River, Minnesota, with my handsome husband Cameron and our two spirited shepherd mixes. Our bubbly home life is full of love, laughter, and the joyful presence of both family and furry companions.

Whether your beloved animal is in need of healing, support through a transition, or simply a moment of peace, I am honored to hold space for that journey.
