Welcome to Nico Animal Healer. By booking a session, using this website, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to create clarity, mutual respect, and a safe energetic container for your healing journey.


1. Services Offered

Nico Animal Healer provides energy healing services—including Reiki—for animals, people, and natural environments. Services may include hands-on, distance, or intuitive sessions, and may incorporate tools such as crystals, tuning forks, or essential oils.

Please Note: These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care. Always consult your licensed healthcare or veterinary provider for health concerns.


2. Scheduling & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via the booking system or by direct communication.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • Emergency or same-day sessions may incur additional fees.
  • Packages, when offered, must be used within the stated time frame.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
  • No-shows or repeated reschedules may forfeit the session without refund.

If you experience an emergency, please reach out—we’ll handle your situation with compassion.


4. Confidentiality

All session details, personal data, and client records are kept private and secure. What you share during a session is held with the utmost care and never disclosed without your written permission, unless required by law.


5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the session.
  • You understand that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • For animal healing, you have legal authority or caregiver permission to request services for the animal.


6. Session Environment (In-Person or Remote)

To support the effectiveness of your session:

  • Please arrive (or be present, in the case of animals) on time, calm, and prepared to engage.
  • For remote sessions, a quiet, undisturbed space is ideal.
  • For animal sessions, ensure your pet is safe, secure, and not distracted.

All services offered are rooted in energy healing and spiritual wellness practices. They are not medical advice or diagnosis and should not replace professional care from veterinarians, doctors, or therapists. By receiving a session, you acknowledge this distinction.
